There are some small steps you can take before you go to sleep to ensure that you can go tackle your morning to have the best day ahead.

The point to having a good morning lies in what you do the night before. So there are three simple steps that anyone can take to ensure that their morning will be much better than ever before.

Drink a glass of water.

Water is the most important fluid for your body. Many people forget to drink enough of it throughout the day. Adding a glass of water before you go to sleep can benefit you in many ways. Drinking water before going to sleep can help balance out your hormonal level which will lead to a better sleep. Sleep is the most important part to helping your body get rid of toxins, and drinking a glass of water before you go to bed will give your body more fuel to get rid of the toxin in your body. This lead to more energy in the morning as your body repair the damaged cell and flush out toxin.

Pick out your outfit for tomorrow

This is something simple and yet, not a lot of people do it. This can help reduce the small set of stress you can get in the morning when it come to going over what to wear.The benefit of picking outfit the night before reduce the amount of brain power needed for a small task like this and free up thinking power for other task that matter at hand. Think of your brain with 100% in the morning, and if thinking about what to wear can take up 1% of the brain power. It strip away thinking power for more important task later in the day. It will help you to pick the outfit the night before so you can wake up and go straight to what you wear instead of thinking about what to wear.

Write down a list of task that you need to accomplish tomorrow

This will bring clarity into the morning as to what you need to accomplish right away. You ever have those morning where you wake up and you ask yourself “What do i need to do” and you ponder on that question for a while before getting to a full complete answer?

That is the whole point of writing a to-do list in the morning. You can go straight to doing the thing you know you need to do without think ing about it. It save time so you don’t

have to ponder on to what you need to get done for the day because it is all written for you the day before. The key point is to make it easier for you to get the thing you need to get done without thinking about it.
